MTC has been on hold this summer, but in-person, coached practices are resuming gradually. Following the governmental guidelines, we limited our training groups to 14 people, in July and August, while maintaining social distancing. The online mesocycle containing the detailed workouts for each month was still available to all members, allowing you to also train on your own.

The Fall semester will likely be a mix of in-person workouts indoors & outdoors and online sessions. More details coming soon.
